Wow, dismantling of the K is very straight forward with only five bolts attaching the frame to the motor. In true BMW style everything appears to be over engineered to the extreme.
Without owning a workshop manual I just refer to google or YouTube there seems to endless amounts of information to wade through.
With the bike mostly stripped I can see her bones and start to built the concept in me mind.
